Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Tucked in Southwestern Uganda is this dense forest Jewel – The home of the endangered Mountain Gorillas, half of the world’s remaining population is found right here. Bwindi is also one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems in the world, and is honored by recognized by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Bwindi also boasts of a large number of other mammals including colobus monkeys, chimpanzees as well as a rich collection of birds species.

  • GORILLA TRACKING: A very captivating and rewarding experience; it involves walking in the wilderness in search of these great apes. Imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere (dense forest) exchanging a glance with the gentle gorilla giant in a truly “humanly” way. It’s awesome!
